New opportunity to work with the Donizetti Theatre Foundation: call for applications is open to select four male extras between the ages of 25 and 45 for the new staging of the opera Caterina Cornaro by Gaetano Donizetti, staged at Bergamo’s Teatro Donizetti as part of the Donizetti Opera 2025 festival. The title, scheduled for Nov. 14, 22 and 30, will be directed by Francesco Micheli, with music direction by Riccardo Frizza and the involvement of the Donizetti Opera Orchestra and the Accademia Teatro alla Scala Chorus.
Male figures of any nationality are sought for this production , with average build (height between 175 and 185 cm, size 46 to 54) and at least some proven theatrical experience, as well as guaranteeing full availability on rehearsal days, Oct. 13 to Nov. 11, and acting days.

By Monday, September 8, invitations to the selections, scheduled for Thursday, September 11 , 2025 in the presence of the opera’s director and his collaborators, will be announced at one of the venues of the Fondazione Teatro Donizetti in Bergamo.
