25 October is #WorldOperaDay, the birthday of Georges Bizet and Johann Strauss II, composers of some of the world’s most famous opera and operetta. A celebration for all of us who live and breathe this art form!
To celebrate World Opera Day together, Donizetti Opera is launching an unmissable promotion, valid for 48 hours only!
On 25 and 26 October, tickets for the 2025 festival operas can be purchased online at Vivaticket and at the Teatro Donizetti box office for only € 50 on selected dates and in selected sections.
This is an opportunity to experience the festival, which, from 14 to 30 November, celebrates the world-famous composer from Bergamo with new productions, great voices and a rich calendar of events.
But that’s not all! On this day of celebration, the Teatro Donizetti will come alive with many free initiatives for all ages, which you can discover on the page dedicated to #WorldOperaDay 2025.
